June 9, 2016 at 4:22 am #939008Hi
Your screenshot and topic title are completely different .
Do u mean the css not working ? or you are not able to change the slideshow image ?For the screenshot kindly do not use the style code in head , add the custom code in custom.css file .
For slideshow I can see the images on front end . kindly clean browser cache and check it again .1 user says Thank You to Pankaj Sharma for this useful post

June 13, 2016 at 2:13 am #939885Hi
please see this is the 2nd image on front end : http://prntscr.com/bfo8oh
Kindly take backup of site and update all JA Extensions and templates first because your site is running on latest Joomla and all JA Extensions are outdated .
This would solve the issue .Please take full backup of site and all custom changes , Upgrade will remove the custom changes did in template files .

June 16, 2016 at 8:05 am #941028Hi Pankaj
Thanks for the reply
I have followed as suggested by you. All the extension are up-to date (Screenshot attached). It seems that the problem in with JoomlArt Advanced Custom Module (JA ACM). As per it’s description, it is compatible with Joomla 3.4 hence our Joomla version is 3.5.1(Screenshot attached).
Kindly look at the issue.

June 16, 2016 at 9:24 am #941054Hi
All JA Extension are updated via Joomlart Extension manager component and yes ACM module work with latest Joomla .
You need to update them from JA EM .
Add your JA account user/pass in JAEM > Services manager area .
Select Joomlart updates to update JA Extensions .teresa yeung Friendteresa yeung

June 17, 2016 at 4:47 pm #941524Hi
I think your Joomla is not sucessfully updated , its a bug in the Joomla to select the images
https://issues.joomla.org/tracker/joomla-cms/9454
You can check the same when u insert image anywhere using default Joomla media window
I suggest you to restore site backup and update Joomla on a test domain first . You can also see this error in console window of browser .teresa yeung Friendteresa yeung

June 18, 2016 at 5:51 am #941637Hi,
It is working fine when I insert image anywhere like posts rather than ACM slideshow (screenshot attached). So I think problem is with JA ACM. I have May 23, 2016 backup. If I restore then it will reflect the changes that is done in between.kindly suggest me.
Regards

June 18, 2016 at 6:37 am #941643Hi
Please check it again , i tested it on your site , the issue is not in JA ACM module .
its default Joomla media window that is not working . As u can see the error in console and i check it also not working when i try to add background image on custom html module of Joomla .
You can try to switch the default admin template and see if it works ,
Also i suggest you to post the issue on Joomla forum with the console error details .teresa yeung Friendteresa yeung

June 18, 2016 at 7:11 am #941645Hi
I do not understand your last message about backup restore . If you restore the backup you will lose all changes you did on site .
So try it on your test subdomain, you can also see in your current Joomla i can not found all options .teresa yeung Friendteresa yeung
