Your description is wrong mention that the issue is from ACM .
Please check the custom html module and try to at the background image in advance option and you can see the same bug.
Or you can disable jce extension check media window .

Hi Please check your articles /Modules /category and try to upload images , I am not sure about the cause of issue , since its not related to JA ACM module and showing error in console from the admin template , i suggested you to raise the issue on Joomla forum .

You can try to upload/change images to any of your article or default Joomla module you can see the same issue . Please do not raise the issue that its JA ACM problem, it issue in your Joomla media window . See here i tried to upload an image in your site article and same error : http://prntscr.com/bljapl

Also i suggest you to check your site backup o a subdomain and update your Joomla again and check this issue on it . You can also try to disable all 3rd party extension on your site and check this issue again .

    Hi
I spent a lot of time on this issue on my localhost on your site back and found the there files that missing in your Joomla .
You can also compare a lot of options from the Joomla article views are missing on your site .

    Kindly try this solution
    Go to /root/media/media/js
rename the js folder with js_old .

Now download the fresh quickstart package of Joomla 3.5 and copy the js folder from it and move it your site /media/media folder .

Clean your Joomla and browser cache and try to upload images .

We can not provide support for Non-JA issue issues as we are not aware about their codes and working .
