Followed doc and have done this on other JA site but it just doesnt work.

Tried youtube, local and external hosted footage also. Cant edit existing either.

Open JA Extension Manager > Configurations> Hide Non JA Extension > Yes > Save and try update again.
Make sure you have configured the JAEM > Service manager are with correct information.
