I cannot create links to articles in my joomla backend. The following warnings below are shown. The system is not set to show debug errors.

Did u migrate your Joomla ? I found a similar issue like yours on Joomla forum Here You can apply the suggestion given on Joomla forum for this .
I also suggest you to open a separate thread for your issue on Joomla forum .
