I cannot download the Component, I use my user area link to proceed but with no success.

I am sorry everyone, the download and support server has been down for the past 12 hours. Because the office close on Sat and we have not been alerted soon enough.

Anyway, everything is now back online again. My sincere apology for any the problem you have had
