Hi

I think your template section maybe having problems.

I login into the joomlart website before I do anything. I can see my profile icon in the top right. I then go to the template section, I notice the profile icon has disappeared and it now says ‘MEMBER’ as if I’m not logged in.

If I try to download a template I’m taken to the ‘Your cart is empty’ page. At this point my profile icon has reappeared!

I have tried different browsers, clearing cache, changing my account password…nothing works.

Hi
Kindly download the extension from download page here.
Do not use the GET IT NOW button from the product information page.
Also if site gives you error for login, kindly clear browser cache and cookies and then login again.
