I’m a licensed member of JA Jobboard.
I’m trying to download the latest version (1.4.2) but the system doesn’t let me through.
Already tried to logout and login again many times, as suggested.
Also sent a priority trouble ticket to solve the issue, no answer till now.
Please fix the error asap, as it seems the JA team will be unavailable for one week due to vietnamese national holiday.

this is what I get when trying to download the file, see screenshot attached.
I do believe there is something broken with my credentials.
Please let me know, as I need to work on this.

According to the following thread you have to download the update from the Member Area and not from the download sections.

Anyway, I tried the way suggested by the thread you mentioned, still no success.
I do believe there is something broken with my account here, I hope JA can fix it very soon.

1. Check the screenshot below and click on member area.
2. Scroll to bottom of page, which outlines your subscription and you can see download button.@ Mr. Hung, Thanks for updating permissions.

Thank you very much, this fixed the permission issues on my account, I’m now able to enter my member area and download files accordingly. I hope not to have troubled your national holidays!@ Arvind
Thanks for the help, that was easy once the permissions were fixed. Files downloaded from private area and already working with that on my site!@ Ben

Ja Job Board is an enterprise product and is not part of the extensions club. Is this a misunderstanding on your side or did you actually purchase JA job board?
