I cannot download any of the new templates. After clicking on the download button for the file download I always get a vbulletin message that I need to sign up for a club membership, although my template club membership is still valid for another month. What’s going on?

Hi Andrew,

Your membership is valid till 19 Nov 201. Can you tell us, what you are trying to download? That would helpus to find the root cause of this.

If its our fault, i would extend the membership with the days you have have been trying.

I checked again,

your JATC club membership status is

JATC Standard Membership – 1 year 13 Aug 2009 – 13 Aug 2010

and JAEC membership is

JAEC – Joomla Extensions Club – 1 Year 19 Nov 2009 – 19 Nov 2010

So you only have JAEC activated for you. You can download Club extension till that period but your Template club membership has expired, thats the reason you can not download club templates.

Hope it explains the issue.
