I have placed the vm theme folder on my site and can see it at this location:

/components/com_virtuemart/themes/vm_theme_mesolite_ii_j15.v1.0.0

When I go to Admin>>Components>>VirtueMart>>Configuration>>Site: in Layout frame only the default theme is available.

Can you tell me what I’ve done wrong?

hi lauratanis

you are adding a ‘component folder’ in /components/com_virtuemart/themes/vm_theme_mesolite_ii_j15.v1.0.0, instead of this
1. you need to add there: all folders and documents which is inside the /components/com_virtuemart/themes/default and
2. create your new css or make changes in theme.css.
3. you can find in Admin>>Components>>VirtueMart>>Configuration>>Site : in Layout frame has default theme and your theme in drop down menu.
