Good day, I have a problem installing JA Zeolite theme on my site. When I try to install the template an error occures “”PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10)”. I tried by uploading the unrared template by ftp ,but it did not visualise right. Do you have any clue what is causing the problem.

Did you try to upload the actual ZIP template from inside the downloaded file in the Install/Uninstall section?
(just to confirm).

Hello again, yes, I’ve tried everything, but none of the options seems to be working. This is the first time I encounter such a problem with joomlart template. I do not know how to proceed. Any ideas?

The PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT message usually means that the .zip file is either incomplete or has some formating errors.

Probable solutions :

1. http://forum.joomla.org/viewtopic.php?t=162488

2. Unzip The Files You Are Trying To Install, And Then Zip Them Again With The Same Name Or Different Name Does Not Matter. It worked for me few times.
