Hi I cannot install JA Mitius or JA Argo on Joomla 3.1

I could install JA Fubix but the template menu does not align with the top bar

Also cannot get Thememagic to work on the site. I have tried all the fixes documented here

Hi is anyone going to respond to this? None of the responsive templates from your guys seem to work/install in Joomla 3.1. Is that a known issue?
