May 11, 2012 at 4:17 am #176931I have upgraded to 2.5, and installed the Teline IV template. Every plugin and module from Joomlart I can install, with the exception of News Pro and News Featured.
When I go to install these modules, I receive an error -1 – An error has occurred. Copy Filed
What could the problem be if I am upgrading, and every other module installs correctly?

May 11, 2012 at 5:01 am #452519Hi hamlethub
This type of issue is due to a wrong attribution of permissions to folders or user
Check your folder permissions and enable your ftp user to give the correct permission to write on your folders.
Regards

May 11, 2012 at 5:14 am #452521Thanks for the reply – but these folders (under modules) have the same permissions as the other folders…
They have permissions at 0755, and owner/group at 509/507.
What should it be?
The other modules that installed correctly have the exact same permissions.

May 11, 2012 at 5:25 am #452524Do you mean under “Global Configuration/FTP Settings”?
Why would that only have an effect on updating these two modules, and not the others?
I will enable it there…
