January 10, 2010 at 8:59 pm #147523I have bought the Professional Licence and have a problem installing the com_javoice on my joomla 1.5.15 native. The error I get is below, I could install the modules fine. I have followed the wiki exactly and get this error each time I try and upload the com_javoice part of the install.
Any help much appreciated as I am not sure what to do?

January 12, 2010 at 2:22 pm #329078Hi there, this does’nt really help me as I can install the quickstart no problem on my server. I also have access to 3 different servers and all have the same issue.
Again I can install the quickstart completely from scratch and all is fine but of course I want to install just the component on my already exisitng website? The links you provided dont actually help me solve this.
Also I must say that I have paid for this component – I am not using the trial so I expect to receive some support on this!!! :confused:

January 14, 2010 at 9:46 am #329287Hi there, no worries at all and I am glad you stuck at it – great support, all I expect is someone to try and help and you did that – thanks.
Just curious as to how you did install it however as I will be testing it at that URL i gave you and then moving it so I would need to know how to install it on another site :confused:
Did you upload it and install using the directory method?

January 15, 2010 at 10:46 am #329372Hi jamesweb
There are some problems with your server. Also i have fixed via my way:
+ Create new folder into public_html folder
+ upload all files from the installation package to this folder
+ go to administrator -> Extensions – > Install / Uninstall
+ you make an installation via a folder typeHope it helps.
