Dear Support,

We installed the JA Decor at server under sub-folder e.g. /home/wwwroot/default/subfolder/
http://php.mockup-design.com/
http://php.mockup-design.com/administrator/

However, we cannot click the menu page and cannot login to administrator.
what is the problem of it?

attached the nginx conf file for your reference.

Hi
In this case, u have to check the error you are getting after login first . Also set the error report to maximum from configuration.php file .
Check the directory permissions of tmp and log folder they should be writable and all other folder and file should have 644 and 744 permission .
