When I try to modify the profile, the ? appear in red and when I save the changes, it saves forever and never work. Can you help?

Hello galaxie,

Please check permission of “templatesja_mendoziteetcprofiles” folder whether it allows to write file in or not. If not, you need to ask your hosting provider to set “write” permission for it.

Can you PM me with your site information (your site URL, your site admin account) and your FTP account? So I can diagnose this problem.

Hello galaxie,

When I tried to change something in template profile, I got “Permission denied” problem on “/templates/ja_mendozite/params.ini”. Please set written permission for that file, then you can save your changes.
