    Hi I placed a ticket ID SSG-415-64317

    You have answered it, but when I follow the link and log into the support I can only see one pre sales ticket from last Feb.

    If i follow the support ticket link after I have logged into the support url, I get this message: Invalid ticket ID or you do not have permission to access this ticket

    So I have replied to the email directly and just letting you know so you can check if you got it.
