Hi
According to the Premium License I have bought for "JA Builder" all Premium tickets are included.
But when entering new tickets I cannot tick the "Premium" box without paying $40.
Could you please check and correct this for me?

I’m having the same issue. I can’t make a premium ticket with my JA builder premium account.

Sorry currently JA Builder forum has issue with Premium support marking. We are looking into it at the moment and hopefully could get things sorted out soon.

Any updates?
Need premium support since 1.0.2 seem to have introduced some new major issues, like being impossible to change images.
