January 2, 2014 at 7:58 am #517111Could you be more specific about your issue? You mean your Joomla or template update? Any screenshorts of issues (if any) would be helpful as well.

January 2, 2014 at 3:25 pm #517174Hi Bripoole,
It seems that you updated our JA Product via default Joomla Update Service. For our JA Extensions, you need have them updated via our JAEM component. The guide below will help you out on this:
http://wiki.joomlart.com/wiki/JA_Extensions_Manager/How-toMake sure that you have configured the JAEM component in the right way first.
http://wiki.joomlart.com/wiki/JA_Extensions_Manager/Admin_Panel(and use latest version of JAEM installed in your site)
Let me know if you need further helps on this.

<blockquote>I am having a problem removing the ja social logo from the “site offline Screen” can you help?</blockquote>
With site’s URL you provided in this thread, you are using the JA Magz template.
Please try to open file: /templates/ja_social/css/offline.css, look for this CSS declaration:
.offline-page .brand a {
background-attachment: scroll;
background-clip: border-box;
background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);
background-image: url("../images/logo-big.png");
background-origin: padding-box;
background-position: left top;
background-repeat: no-repeat;
background-size: auto auto;
display: block;
height: 79px;
margin-bottom: 0;
margin-left: auto;
margin-right: auto;
margin-top: 0;
overflow-x: hidden;
overflow-y: hidden;
text-indent: -999em;
width: 267px;
}You can remove or change to your own logo.
Let me know if this helps.
