    Hi
    Kindly download JA Extension manager component from the download page and install it on your site.
    All JA Extension and template only updated via JAEM component.
    After installation configures the component with your JA Account user pass and try to update extension from it.
    Here is documentation of JAEM.

    Ah, that was the problem. My JAEM was storing the wrong login information, preventing me from updating my plugins. Thank you!
