Hi,

Did you try to re-index after you insert new article ?
At this time, JA Megafilter haven’t supported for Auto Indexing yet, so you have to Index Manually.

If the error still persists, post your site backend account for further checking.

i edited file :

plugins/jamegafilter/content/helper.php
Add the code at line : 213

        $this->attr['catname'] = $category->title;

File :
templates/shaper_helix3/html/layouts/jamegafilter/content/layout2/product-item.php
Edit the line:31
To :

{name|s} {attr.catname}

Because i don’t have administrator login
You have to Index again to make it work

thank you very much. It is working…May I ask for why the data will disappear when I click to index , and then I need to clear cache with many time to recover the data until appear

The data collected in file JSON will be replaced by the new data you changed each time you indexing. Maybe cause you cache your site, and it still get old data before index.
