i got blank page on frontend with error message

Fatal error: t3import not found object: core.libs.browser in /home/u696762725/public_html/moscha/plugins/system/jat3/jat3/core/common.php on line 33

everytime i try to update it always shows:

JFolder::create: Infinite loop detected
Unknown Archive type
Update path does not exist

i’m using JA T3 Framework 2.6.1, backend is still working fine.
Can anyone help out?
