Clean install of Joomla 1.5 on server. All upgraded with latest PHP. Other templates from other sites upload no problem. Joomlart templates are timing out the server. No error messages it just times out and reverts to the admin page. I have never had this problem before with your templates.

It sounds like you are trying to upload a master zip file.

Make sure you are using the correct .zip file. Before trying to upload, open the Zip file on your computer to see if there are other zip files inside.

If so, then you have a master zip file that contains all of the smaller zip files you want to upload. You must first unzip the master zip file and then upload each of the individual zip files.

If not, write us back.

The actual template installs great once the zip is unpacked. Under the extensions – there are two extensions that give me the error ‘cannot find xml setup’?
