We are building a new site for http://www.millenniumchapel.org which is running on a dot.net.nuke server.

The new site is on BlueHost and we have installed Joomla in the root folder under http://millenniumchapel.org

When we try to upload a new template we get a server error message each time which simply states ‘There was an error uploading this file to the server.’

We would like to upload JA_Olivine and ja_raite but with no success.

Can you tell us what is wrong so that we can do this.

What is the errors messages. I have encounterd ussues with the size. the default size limit is ussually 2.0 mb. What i ussually no if its larger is go into the zip file and delete the color style folders that i know that i will not use. That ussually solves my problems with size.

    Hi bookpeg,

I am not sure what you were trying to install? the whole quickstart file?

I could install JA Raite on your site, you can confirm the same from template Manager in your backend.

    May be you missed something.

From the whole downloaded package >> Unzip >> upload “tpl_raitej15.zip” from the Template folder.

Install Template Success

Thats the message your server gave to me. 🙂

    regards
