I can not access my site, not even the Administrator. I think some module or plugin has been corrupted.
How can I solve this? Can you help me?pavit Moderatorpavit

If you have a recent backup use it to restore your website .
also woul be helpful to receive more info about what exactly you modified in the last days.

February 10, 2017 at 11:47 am #1009563Hello Pavit,
I have no backup, it is within the ADMINISTRATOR area. Which I no longer have access to.
As the site went offline I went into modules and plugins and enabled them all.
When I went back to the plugins even ADMINISTRATOR went offline.pavit Moderatorpavit

February 10, 2017 at 4:24 pm #1009582Hello
If you want to be helped then you will need to give me cpanel access from where i can access your files too
You have a database with 3 different prefixes which is the correct one ?
without access to your files too i cannot help
maybe you can ask to your hosting provider if they have a backup saved and than restore it.
Regards

February 10, 2017 at 6:47 pm #1009602You should go to yourprefix_extensions table than filter for extension type = plugin then edit it and in the enabled field change value from 1 to 0 to disable it.
