    Hi,
I can not access my site, not even the Administrator. I think some module or plugin has been corrupted.
How can I solve this? Can you help me?

    Hello

If you have a recent backup use it to restore your website .

also woul be helpful to receive more info about what exactly you modified in the last days.

    Hello Pavit,

I have no backup, it is within the ADMINISTRATOR area. Which I no longer have access to.

As the site went offline I went into modules and plugins and enabled them all.
When I went back to the plugins even ADMINISTRATOR went offline.

    Hello

If you want to be helped then you will need to give me cpanel access from where i can access your files too

You have a database with 3 different prefixes which is the correct one ?

without access to your files too i cannot help

maybe you can ask to your hosting provider if they have a backup saved and than restore it.

    Regards

    Ok.

I found the database, but I have no idea how to disable the plugins.
Could you please help me with this?

You should go to yourprefix_extensions table than filter for extension type = plugin then edit it and in the enabled field change value from 1 to 0 to disable it.
