Can u disable the power admin and the customization done in the admin template , because in T3 template option i am not able to see the option for mega menu . Submenu option are present in the mega menu that are not visible on your site due the the customization and third party extension for isis Joomla template .

MegaMenu configuration is online now.
I did not disable PowerAdmin … its just one set, but if you prefer you can disable or desinstall.(if its necessary)

I have not do anything on your site , once u published the mega menu option in template options , it start working .
At present its working on your site
