1. Can’t add menu items to the main menu. When I add items, they don’t show up.
2. Can’t Publish/Unpublish multiple categores from the k2 categories list.

I could not access back-end of your site with credentials you provided. Anyway I have some ideas:

JA Mitius Template is using T3 Framework plugin, getting familiar with this plugin would be a plus point. Please take a look at user guide: Navigation Setting

I’m not sure what the configuration you have made on your site. Below is what I tested:

I wasn’t that far along so I re-installed. It looks like it is an issue with k2. They are recommending you install their latest SVN version. That still didn’t fix it for me, so I still started over.

Thanks for the guide, I’ll read up upon the T-3 templates.
