I’m running joomla 2.5.8 and I just installed the latest version of Extension Manager. I click on the New Service, enter in
Joomla Art Updates
http://update.joomlart.com/service/
my user name
my password
click save config…and nothing. Service does not show up. Cleared my JAT3 cache…cleared my browser cache…nada.
So what am I doing wrong? I can’t find any other comment on this here in the forum or on the wiki page. I have a serious problem with my website and I have to upgrade my old template and hope the upgraded version works.

I should add I am using the JA_Anion template and K2. I want to upgrade k2 as my current version is several versions old and when I tried to update it broke my site. I also purchased Advanced Module Manager Pro for the flexibility and updates over my year old free version. I shudder at the amount of work I will have to do to the template as I customized it quite a bit but I would really like to solve the Extension Manager problem before resorting to a manual upload. I’ve already started manually uploading the other JA extensions I am using.
