Hi,
I am trying to configure joomshopping. just to change template from default to ja_tiris. when i save, it desn’t change it always go back to default. actually few other attributes in joomshopping do not save at all.
it gives me this error
The database row is empty.

I spent much of time to check the problem on your site. I only see JoomShopping version is different because you are upgraded version JoomShopping to 3.12.1. I need to more time check compare data and database field this version on your site or you can contact to http://www.webdesigner-profi.de for help about this.

Thanks for looking into that. it really is driving me crazy. so it is definitively a database problem? and not some crazy missunderstanding between components? i mean i did try to just reinstall the whole (with the quickstart) thing and it just gives me the same problem. is there a specific format of the database that i am supposed to have and that my provider doesn’t? do you know by any chance?

Currently, JA Tiris Template only supports JoomShopping version 3.11.4, we will check compare which database change on JoomShopping latest version and upgrade it in the next version

Is it possible to correct this asap? I upgraded to JoomShopping 3.50…. nothing works.

I removed everything from JS and updated to 3.12.. it works.
