First, when I have the default color and use the site tools to change to blue or green it stays at default.
Second, after I disable site tools and set the default color in the index.php to be blue, it wont change, I have orange as the only color. Why? Im using IE7

Do you disable javascript on your browser? JA site tools need javascript enable to function. Additionally, when you change default setting, you need clear your browser cookie to reflect the change.
