Hi Guys,

I was trying to change the favicon on my site and i tried to replace the favicon.ico under templatesja_universityfavicon.ico but not working, and then i tried /plugins/system/jat3/base-themes/default/images/favicon.ico, and still not working.

Every time when i replaced the favicon.ico i always cleared my browser cache and also do JT3 Clean cache in the backend after i replaced it, but when i refresh the page, the old joomla favicon is still there =(

I’m using the blue theme right now and i don’t know if there is something to do with the theme i’m using, but if you know the answer please help me, your help will be very appreciate, please tell me why, thanks so much, very appreciate.

This is the right url for your customized favicon.ico

Did you solved now ?

Thanks so much for helping me, this is the path i tried before but it doesn’t work for me =(

Do you have any other solutions? thanks.

Hi Pavit,

Thanks so much for your help, i got it!
i was actually thinking you can’t be wrong, it must be something else, so i thought it could be my favicon icon problem and then ijust re-converted my favicon.ico image and tried it again, and then it worked! you are right, the path is the right path, thanks so much for your help Pavit! really appreciate it =)
