December 31, 2011 at 2:04 pm #172318I want to change the janewspro module configuraton but after having made the changes I get the message ‘You don’t have permission to access’ and nothing is saved. When I close the window I have to login again but the only thing I can see is the module list. So I do another logout and another login. As usual I have to run the Global Check-in because there always uses to be an item to be checked after this procedure.

January 3, 2012 at 10:40 am #432277Hi,
I can see that you have updated everything except Joomla itself. I am not 100% sure that this is the problem because i could see a lot of JS issues on your web site and when i tried to access the JA News Pro module i couldn’t save any selection because of the js issues.
So i would suggest to you to create a full backup of your web site and try to upgrade joomla to the latest version. After that if you are not using the latest version of our template you should also upgrade this to the latest and see if any of your problems remain.
Please let me know if there is anything else i can do for you.
Regards

April 4, 2012 at 3:58 pm #447323Hi,
I tried to access your site but it looks like you are facing some issues with your host, please let me know when it will be back online.
P.S. Joomla 1.7.x is no more supported and you will probably find some updates for JA Modules that will solve your issue, so i suggest that you try to update everything again and let me know if everything works for you.
