Hi – I’m having problems changing the email address that the order confirmations come from. Currently the email is ‘webmaster@joomlart.com’. In another post I read that I needed to edit the virtuemart store configuration, but this has the correct email there already.

can anyone point me in the right direction please? Any help much appreciated.

LOGIN PHPMYADMIN and open Jos_VM_order.
and changes this email.

Hi – thanks for the reply, but I can only find jos_vm_orders (with an ‘s’) which just lists the orders. Am I looking in the wrong place?

Hello bluehoop!

I think that you forget the configuration of mail server which automatic assign the From Email into all email sent from your site.

Now, you try to access the administrator system. and then go to Site Menu, go to the Global Configuration, and then Choose “System” Tab, you try to change setting of mail server in the “Mail Settings” block,
