The video does not play on iPads!

I have tested it on both iPad 2 and iPad 4 and nothing.

Please help.

I have seen this post: https://www.joomlart.com/forums/topic/hero-style4-video-not-playing-on-ipad/
but nobody says the solution.

I see that bug already fixed and you can take a backup of your site and get it from download page here
