Why the position of content-mast-bottom always hidden on Extra small layout?

The layout not saving the settings due to permission issues .
Error : http://prntscr.com/ckh5sf
The template folder is not writable. Some features may not work.
Once it fixed you can save the settings.

Before ask,the template folder has 777 permission for writable already.

I can change other position show or hide,excepted "content-mast-bottom" only.

Any idea?

Please check it with your hosting for permission as u can see the error is showing by Joomla on your site .

I can see the code in both layout file are visible:
[content-mast-bottom]
position="content-mast-bottom"

files path:
templates/ja_playstore/etc/layout/
templates/ja_playstore/local/etc/layout/

However, why this position doesn’t display on Extra Small layout?

Can u fix it first > http://prntscr.com/ckid3b , As i remember this is know issue on your site in past too , due to permissions issue you are not able to change settings .

Kindly apply the suggestion first and then check the error is present or not । you should apply the solution and then check this , because template folder is not writable the changes cannot be saved in files,
