i am trying to download sulfur files and get this error

You are downloading this file. Please download again in 1 minute.

Actually I get the same error on other files too. Tried 3 different browsers and still the same. What could I be doing wrong? I am logged in and have developer membership.

I checked your account and saw that this account can download fine.

Maybe this issue is from your network. Please kindly check it with other network
