Hi JA,

I have a: JA Voice Component – Professional License – 1 year update
This membership is good till: 10 Sep 2010

But I can’t download.

Please advise.

I ll get the team to check on the problem as early as we are in office tomorrow morning. It is Sunday night so I guess everyone is sleeping 🙂

Hi dakruhm,

Sorry for all inconveniences that may have caused. The problem is fixed and you can now log in and go to your member area to download JA Voice via separate link given therein as normal.
