Hello out there,
I’m new in this forum and on JoomlArt. After registration I want to download the free template Purity_iii, but always get the message that I have to login (which I already did). Clicking on Member shows my registration infos. I cleared already the cache, started the browser new but always with the same problem.
So, what to do now?

Hi,

Please try to reset your password at https://www.joomlart.com/user/#lostpassword then login again new password, your problem should go away.
