    hello,
    In 28 december 2014 (paypal invoice 432809-KAX) and 31 december 2014 (paypal invoice 433166-WAZ) I’ve payed for 2 years but now I’m unable to download anything and i can’t access the restricted to members forum.
    When looking at my profile I don’t see the payments i’ve just mentioned.
    please can you fix this?

    Your status is not showing you as a current member . . . but I will get this to the appropriate person in the JA Business Office to take a look at a.s.a.p. and respond further.

    Hi Sander.

    It’s possible that your membership was lost in our data loss incident few months ago, you can read more about the issue here : http://www.joomlart.com/forums/topic/30-days-data-loss/ . We have recovered almost all data since then but some still need to be manually worked on.

    Right now you can PM me your payment transaction ID, I will help you sort things out further.
