Hello to everyone,

I can’t send articles or items neiter in normal joomla content nor in K2.

Though I can see the email function in the frontend and the email form appears there is just a blank screen as soon as I fill the email form and press the ‘send’ button.

I tried it at home on apple safari and firefox, and at work with win e-explorer and firefox, everywhere the same problem.

Can anyone help pls?

Hi mehmet_alp,

First, you need to check your server is ready for email function.
Then you should check email setting on Global Configuration of Joomla.

We have no problem with sending email here.

tnx for your post.
By settin mail funtion to ”smtp” I can send the articles but email screen is blank after sending the emails.
