what you want to edit, the text “Startseite (Home)” ?

if so go to Menu Manager -> Main Menu -> Home -> page display parameter in the right tab.

if this wasn’t you need, please explain in precise or post a screenshot and your site Url

I mean the text below the position 1-4
In the main menu I have after installing quickstart without content a menu item Home for a featured article.
But there areno featured articles. On the site appears the text home page.
