June 20, 2011 at 3:16 am #165434So I created my custom favicon … saved it as favicon.ico … replaced the default favicon.ico in my template root folder …
yet it will not display.Is there an additional file or setting somewhere I need to alter?

That did not seem to work either . . .UPDATE:
Oddly enough …. IT NOW WORKS !!! 😀Wonder why it took so long to function properly – I cleared the cache and everything.

Can I make the background of my favicon transparent so that a white box doesn’t appear around my image?
Does the .ico extension allow for this ??:confused:
