Why does this module have to be so difficult to use??? I just purchased this and can’t get it to work for the life of me. All I’m trying to do right now is load a background picture. I’ve tried most of the suggestions here short of tweaking the core code. you shouldn’t have to do that

It doesn’t work. I’m very disappointed. I hope the other extensions are not this difficult to use.

Sorry for the issue.
Kindly share the Site URL with a temp super user login details and FTP account details.
I will check and give you fix. To load the images it need to have added the image code in the PHP file of the masshead. Like here
