Hi,

I upload the template zip file : ja_travel.v2.5.0.zip on joomla.

Once the uploading process done I get th following message : template successfully installed.

The problem is once I go to the template manager menu, JA travel template doesn’t show among the options.

I don’t understant.

Somebody could help me on this one ?

Hello mcaussanel,

Have you installed T3 Framework before installing JA Travel template? This template only works with T3 Framework.

Hi,

Yes the pluggin T3 has been installed. The template still does show in the template manager.

When I log into the FTP hosted by OVH, the template appears inside template folder.

You think you could help me on this one ?

Hello mcaussanel,

Can you send PM to me with your site information (your site URL, your site admin account) and your FTP account? So I can diagnose this problem.
