Hi,

I’m having difficulty getting the rolling banners in the parallax position to work. I’ve got my modules set up just like the documentation (http://static.joomlart.com/images/userguide/ja_templates/ja-appolio/banner-1-back.png) specifies.*

It appears that even though I’ve applied the settings on my module exactly the way the documentation has instructed, the element styles aren’t being applied correctly to the image, resulting in a blank box where the module should be (scroll to the bottom of the home page of http://www.theatreunleashed.com to see what I mean).

I have included screencaps below of what I see when I inspect the elements of the module on my site and on a generated demo site.

Can anyone help me out here?

I just logged into your site but didn’t see any custom HTML module in onepage position as in this screenshot: http://static.joomlart.com/images/userguide/ja_templates/ja-appolio/banner-1-back.png

Please try to add these modules to onepage position and make sure that you assign to right menu item in Menu assignment tab.

Hi Saguros,

I manged to fix the issue. I noticed that the image file name had a “(” in it, which was breaking the code and preventing the style from being applied correctly. Once I updated the file name, the module worked just fine.

Also, just to clarify, in the documentation for the JA Appolio Template, it’s stated that the module position ‘onepage’ has been renamed ‘parallax’, and the styles that can be applied to that module have been updated as well. The reason why you didn’t see any modules in the ‘onepage’ position was because they were in the new, correct position titled ‘parallax’.
