    I cannot get this extension to work correctly on my website and don’t seem able to resolve it through your support system. I have posted in the forums and someone started to help me yesterday, but not heard anything from them since. I also submitted another ticket to ask for help and not had any response.

    I know I am outside the 7 day money back guarantee, but I would like to be refunded, as it’s a lot of money to spend on something that doesn’t deliver what it promised, that I can’t even get to work (even after a couple of weeks of trying).

    Please see my earlier posts to understand what my problems are. If you could resolve this for me I would be very grateful (as would be happy if the product worked for me) otherwise i would hope you will refund me.

    Hi Tom,

    many thanks, a member of support has started working on it for me. I appreciate it needs more time. I posted my topic as had become so frustrated at not being able to get it to work, and I suppose the more I tampered the worse i probably made it.

    Hi,
    I am not sure if I should be posting here or waiting to hear from support – the last communication i had was 2 days ago to say my problem is being passed to another member of the team. Any progress on this? Below are the outstanding issues:

    1. Job Board Menus
    When an Employer registers and logs in, then clicks on the Job Board menu item the URL displayed is:
    http://www.mysite.com/component/jajobboard/ this displays the Job Board list of jobs, but not the Job Board Menu which should display in the left column. The user has to click on the same Top menu item (Job Board) a second time to get it to displaly – the URL then changes to:
    http://www.mysite.com/jobs.html – very strange!!!
    Although the side menu now appears, none of the links work – all show a 404 error – this is the same for Jobseekers too.
    If an empolyer wants to add a job, i have to first set up their profile in the backend, then add 1 job. After this, they can login and add jobs (although they can’t use the left menusi.e. Post a job – they can only do this by using the Clone function.

    2. No tabs as in your demo
    I originally set up the tabs by creating a new article and used the loadposition to display the tabs on my page, then added a menu item to open the page. This worked, but I still had the same issues mentioned at 1. Now, since support added the new menu item, I can’t get the tabs view to work at all (I actually want this to be my main Jobs Board page and not the joblist that has been set by support).

    3. Maps
    As i can’t see the tabs, i can’t test to see if this works. I couldn’t get any data to display on the map.

    mel, i promised you i’d get this rectified and I see that its been slacked. I’m going to try to get senior management to take this on as a personal issue. I also want to reference the ticket we worked on which is CFU-241-53985
