hello friends
i know this is a topic discussed much but i tried the suggested answers
1, copy the analytics code in the template manager-> injection -> after head = dosnt work
2. copy the code to /public_html/templates/ja_hawkstore/tpls/blocks/ head.php at the end of the file where it say “<!– You can add Google Analytics here–>” also dosnt work.
what did i miss ???

I checked your html result page and google analytics code is correctly added to it

If you cannot see it on google analytics page probably there is something in the script that doesn’t works correctly

check again the analytics script

i tried to generate a new analytics code but he give me the same code?
do you have tips on how to “check again the analytics script” that you advice ??

I checked again your code and it is correct

So i think problem is not Joomla side but on your analytics settings maybe –

Try the real time report to verify if really your website is monithorized

thanks for the support ninja and pavit
analytics now work fine .
i guess there is a waiting period for google analytics to configure the site because i didnt change nothing and it work now.
