Hello, when trying to install the extensions manager i get this message:

Another menu item with the same parent has this alias
Error building Admin Menus
Component Install: DB function reports no errors

What could be the problem?

Yup, please give me phpMyAdmin and FTP access, i need to remove manual on your site.
