August 9, 2011 at 8:25 pm #167231Hi
I want to install JA Purity 11 on my local server. I have unzipped the folder and found the template zip.
When I try to upload I get the message
Warning! Failed to move file.
I am thinking this might be a permssions problem? But what permissions?
Thanks for the help:-*
I have been changing permissions like mad. I have now installed Purity 11, but I got the following erroer messages
It was not possible to copy the selected file.

August 10, 2011 at 2:14 am #405261Hi,
Beside error code, did your template install success ?
– May i know which OS you are using ? Windows or Linux ? ( or Mac , i guess MAC ? ).
– Would you mind to check in our packed, do en-GB.tpl_ja_purity_ii.ini still there or missed. If missed please try to re-download quickstart / template from our site.
Please let’s me know if you still cant solve issue.
Thank you

August 10, 2011 at 6:49 am #405310Thank you for taking the time to help. The en-GB.tpl_ja_purity_ii.ini is there. I am using a Mac. I am running OS 10.5.8
I notice that my htdocs folder is locked, so I do not know what the permissions are on it. Is that normal?

August 10, 2011 at 6:58 am #405315Hi there,
At most time, this issue could be chmod permission / owner permission. Sadly i don’t have Mac device for testing.
I’ll pass this issue to another dev in team with Mac to help you.
Thank you
Viet Vu
