IN my template manager for T3 there’s a message to update the framework (also in joomla update manager). When I click update I get this message:

Error
Invalid Extension Update

Also in my attachement you can see the problems I’m having with the tab navigation in template manager of T3. When I go to the settings and select for example “Layout” The overview info tab still stays on op and the Layout goes all the way to the bottom instead of just showing where it should with the info tab text.

Pls user our JA Extension Manager component to update to our latest T3 1.2.4 version which work better with Joomla 3.1. You need to:
– Download & install JAEM component: http://www.joomlart.com/forums/downloads.php?do=file&id=3274
