I have just bought JA Builder Pro and installed JA Builder. I can create a page and edit it but if I add a content block for Pro members and try to login to unlock it for editing, I can’t login with my username and password. I get the message: "hash-not-match:" What am I doing wrong?

I just tried to login with my own account in JoomlArt and it worked: http://prntscr.com/hxv6zz
Could you share your account in JoomlArt so I can check? (you can send via email: sales@joomlart.com)
Regards

January 9, 2018 at 6:54 am #1085723Do you have any add-ons installed in your browser? such as Adblock, ABP, Adblock plus … pls disable it temporarily first.
I tried to log in with the account you sent and it’s working normally: http://prntscr.com/hxwkc0
January 9, 2018 at 1:48 pm #1085816ok "NOW" I feel really intelligent here. Didn’t even think of an Firefox add-on called adBlocker. -.-. Turned it off and it works, go figure!
Just wondering if there is any thoughts on this question please:
